Captivated by China's Glamour

Gone are the seasons of closed-door policy in the dominant country of China. Excursionists and foreigners can now enjoy the different admirable provinces and cities of Asia's economic giant. Of its hundreds of tourist harbors, I had the great chance of visiting Shanghai last year. Shanghai is the enormous city of China and is widely regarded as the stronghold of China's modern, progressive economy. It is a city of unending worth in terms of cultural, commercial, financial, industrial, and communication levels of modern-day China. Shanghai before was just one dull fishing town, undistinguished to many. But at the onset of 20th century, it rose as China's one of the most substantial cities. It is now distinguished as the hub of popular culture, vice, intellectual discourse, and political intrigue.

My sojourn in Shanghai was really unbelievable. The fabulous Shanghai experience I had all started in the guesthouse I stayed in. True to its practice of world-class hotel accommodation, Shangri-La Hotel in Shanghai has only but the outstanding services any hotel can offer. The restaurants and bars are all outstanding, serving only the most delicious and true Chinese and oriental cuisine. But for me, the greatest thing about Shangri-La Shanghai is the incomparable Chi Spa. Preserving the antiquated ways Chinese do spa, the Chi Spa is something every tourist should not ignore.
